Collective Agreement

The Collective Agreement (CA) is a document that sets down guidelines and rules between the University employer and workers represented by the Faculty Union. The Collective Agreement stipulates the terms of cooperation in the promotion and enhancement of St. Thomas More College and encourages a climate of freedom, responsibility, and mutual respect in the pursuit of the mission of the College. It is the purpose of this Agreement to promote and maintain harmonious relations within the College community and to provide an amicable means for settling differences that may arise between the College and the members of the faculty.
