Collective Agreement
The Collective Agreement (CA) is a document that sets down guidelines and rules between the University employer and workers represented by the Faculty Union. The Collective Agreement stipulates the terms of cooperation in the promotion and enhancement of St. Thomas More College and encourages a climate of freedom, responsibility, and mutual respect in the pursuit of the mission of the College. It is the purpose of this Agreement to promote and maintain harmonious relations within the College community and to provide an amicable means for settling differences that may arise between the College and the members of the faculty.

Memorandum of Agreement
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is a document that describes a common understanding between the Faculty Union and the University. The MOA is an agreement made following meetings arising from the October 14, 2015 regarding wages and benefits for sessional lecturers (the Sessional Wage and Benefits Agreement).
This MOA is based on the recent (April 2016) Collective Agreement between CUPE 3287 and the U of S.
