Letter of Understanding between St. Thomas More College and the St. Thomas More Faculty Union
On June 3, the St Thomas More Faculty Union met with representatives of STM administration and we negotiated the following agreement of measures related to the Covid-19 pandemic and our workplace.
June is Pride Month!
The STM Faculty Union joins thousands of LGTBQ+ activists in celebrating pride this month. Local labour groups have teamed up with many LGBTQ+ organizations to host events and virtual town halls.
Our Work and the Covid-19 Crisis
In the midst of all this chaos, it has been amazing to see the collective sense of community and solidarity guiding so many in our workplace. We know this has been a difficult end to the term. In the interest of reaching out, the executive wanted to send out a bit of information to the membership as we transition from the end of term grading into the spring and summer.
